I have some great news!
First of all, I am so excited to say that for the next year I will be bringing you delicious recipes once a month using Gay Lea Food products. There’s a bunch of great bloggers who all became Gay Lea Food Ambassadors this past month and I’m so excited to be a part of this great community.
Second, I made you these delicious Cinnamon & Brown Sugar French Toast Roll-Ups made with Gay Lea’s NEW Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Spreadables butter and you have a chance to win a year’s supply of their NEW product!
One of my favorite snacks to have after school when I was growing up was Cinnamon-Sugar toast. I would toast up my bread, slather on the butter, quickly rub in the brown sugar so it would melt and then sprinkle a good dose of cinnamon on top. It was the best snack to have after a long day at school.
Now that Gay Lea’s come out with this new Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Spreadables butter I don’t have gather up all the ingredients and quickly make up my toast before it gets cold. I just have to take the container out of the fridge, grab a knife and slather this goodness onto my hot toast. Now that’s perfection!
I wanted to make something a little different for my kids and I wanted it to be quick for a weekday breakfast. That’s where these French Toast Roll-Ups come in. They’re filled with the Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Spreadables butter, dipped in egg, fried and then rolled in a Cinnamon and Sugar coating. They were a big hit in my house!
You can make them a big hit in your house too!
